BSA Store does not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final and you agree to the terms and conditions of purchase when you place your order. However, we may consider making exceptions in certain cases such as when goods are defective or not as ordered. If you request exchange, we will assess the situation and provide the solution. If the solution is not possible, the products must be returned to BSA Store. Kindly contact us to report any issues within 7 days of receiving the orders.
Return
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase (damage, wrong item/type/shade/etc), you can send it back in 7 calendar days. Before an item is returned, we advise you to always first contact Customer Service.
Return items must be return together with original box and receipt. The item must not have been used or installed in any manner. All securely sealed items must not be opened.
Once we have received the returned item, we will review the item and the case accordingly. This verification and approval process includes inspection, testing and fraud screening, and we may review the case with the third-party delivery partners.
You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased items to us, please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage.
Refund
- No cash refund is allowed.
- However, under certain circumstances, we may need to refund your item’s paid price amount in term of credit coupon.
- Refund credit coupon must be redeemed in the date of issued.
- Refunds are only provided after products are received.
- Refunds are including the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
Non-Exchange/Non-Returns
- Products were not purchased from our BSA Website.
- Products were purchased from other E-commerce platform.
- Products were purchased from any unauthorised retailers, websites or other unauthorised sources.
- All the product images are for illustration purpose only, actual may vary. Colour of product images may vary due to monitor resolution and studio lighting used. Please allow 20% of colour variation, it may appear darker or lighter. Colour variation is strictly not returnable and exchangeable.
Cancellation
If you are requesting to cancel an order being shipped via parcel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. We regret that we are unable to accommodate cancellations beyond this window, as orders placed online begin processing immediately to ensure prompt fulfilment and delivery.
