- We are offering free delivery within KL/Klang Valley (minimum order of RM500 & above (T&C apply).
The shipping and delivery charges will be displayed in your final order summary, just before you click to authorize the payment of your order.
Orders are dispatched for delivery between 9.00am – 4.00pm from Monday to Friday.

Delivery
After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will update you on the verification process via email as soon as possible. Once the verification is complete, most products can be delivered within 5 to 7 business days to major cities in Malaysia. Deliveries to areas outside major city centers and to East Malaysia may take 7 to 14 business days. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
Upon successful delivery of your order, our Customer Service team will provide you with a tracking number. You may use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. In the unlikely event that an item is missing or arrives defective, please contact our Customer Service team for prompt assistance.Â
